Just in case it's not obvious from our website, coffee is VERY important
to us. Our customers come to us for great coffee - for the flavor and aroma they may not find elsewhere. Satisfying
the discerning tastes of our customers is a job we enjoy - and one that encourages us to seek out the finest beans.
We try to maintain a selection of fine coffees that are continually available (except seasonal limited engagement offerings).
We will only roast superior coffee beans as it brews a consistently excellent cup. In principal, Arabica beans are better
than other botanical species. They are grown in rich soil at high altitudes and thus produce a more refined and
flavorful coffee. As a rule, we only use Arabica beans.
As conditions change (politically, economically, meteorologically) we may occasionally change
suppliers - this stems from our committment to only buy, roast and sell the best beans. We make every effort to update
our inventory accordingly to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information on each of the coffees we sell.
